Strengths Bred to be a law enforcement Monkey; Relentless in pursuit of Marcelus D'Monkey and his operatives; Founder of The Serious Monkey Crimes Division; Has a bit of a reputation for looking after himself.

Weaknesses Perhaps takes things too much to heart; Spiky hair does cause him to be viewed as 'eccentric'.

Bio Minkius (never call him that to his face) was born at the Strathclyde Police Monkey Farm, and was predestined to be 'on the force'. The last of the notorius Monkey Squad, he had a lot to live up to. He sailed through his early years with no skeletons, rare for a Police Monkey. Graduated from high school with straight A's and went straight to The Police Academy.
Left The Police Academy upon successfully completing his training, and set up a specialist course "Monkey Crimes 101" which a young Ima Primate would later take. He was accepted into the force straight away, and served several years on the beat, before being promoted to Monkeys In Disguise (MID). Solved a number of nation wide cases and was responsible for taking down The Orangutang Gang in 198, earning him promotion to Inspector.
He was called into investigate Ima Primate's mysterious enrollment at Glasgow Uni, but pulled a few strings and had him enrolled into Police Academy and monitored his progress. Meanwhile, Keays carried on working away his MID gig, and his detective work lead to the eventual arrest of the notorius Chimp McSlasher, the serial killer in 1990.
After being involved in "The Banana Van Wars" investigation, he was asked to head up the Serious Monkey Crimes Division (SMC), as part of the force's campaign to stamp out Marcelus D'Monkey. He assembled his team, and chose his prodigy Ima Primate (now Detective) to be his 2nd in command. The fight against Marcelus goes on, with the SMC now recognised worldwide in the same way as the FBI.
